Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You can place your order through our website and pay when your parcel arrives. Online payment options may also be available at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are normally delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can occasionally vary depending on your city, courier operations, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver to cities and towns across Pakistan through our courier partners. Simply enter your complete delivery address and active phone number while placing your order.

How do I know Project Pegasus is a genuine brand?
All orders placed through our official website are processed directly by Project Pegasus. Our products, customer support and order fulfilment are handled through our official channels. If you're unsure about anything before ordering, you can always contact us first.

Will I receive the same product shown in the pictures?
Yes. We make every effort to represent our products accurately through our photography and product information. Minor differences in colour may occur because of lighting, photography or individual screen settings, but the product design and specifications remain as described on the product page.

How do I choose the correct size?
Please check the size chart on the individual product page before ordering, as measurements and fits can vary between products. We recommend comparing the measurements with a garment you already own and like the fit of.

What if the size doesn't fit me?
You can request a size exchange within 10 days of receiving your order, subject to our exchange policy and product eligibility. The item must remain unworn, unused and in its original condition. One exchange is allowed per item.

Can I check or try the product before paying the courier?
Courier companies generally do not allow parcels to be opened or tried before payment. However, your purchase remains covered by our applicable exchange policy after receiving the parcel.

How will I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided at checkout. Please make sure your phone number and other information are entered correctly so we can contact you regarding your order if required.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided so you can follow the delivery status of your parcel.

Can I change my size, address or phone number after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. If the parcel has not yet been processed or dispatched, we'll try to make the requested change. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually assist before the order has been dispatched. Once the parcel is already in transit, cancellation may not be possible.

What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Contact our customer support as soon as possible and share your order number along with clear photos or video of the item received. Our team will review the issue and assist you according to our exchange policy.

Are your prices fixed?
Yes. Project Pegasus follows fixed pricing, so individual price negotiations are not available. Any discounts, sales or promotional offers currently available will be communicated through our official website or channels.

Are products restocked after they sell out?
Some products may be restocked, while others may be produced in limited quantities. If your preferred size or colour is available, we recommend ordering while it is in stock rather than relying on a future restock.
